OPERATIONS MANAGER - MIRABEL

Location: Manugypse Mirabel

The Operations Manager plans, organizes, directs and controls warehouse and delivery operational activities. He ensures the application of and compliance with procedures he deems vital to the fulfillment of the organization's mission. He is an agent of change, promoting effectiveness, efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Industrial mechanic

Location: Manugypse Québec

Under the supervision of the factory manager, the industrial mechanic performs maintenance and preventive maintenance on production machines, as well as repairs defects to ensure continuous machine operation.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to various needs during production hours;
• Read mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings;
• Assemble and disassemble parts;
• Repair defects;
• Perform general maintenance;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Provide training to production personnel in areas such as lockout/tagout, overhead cranes, etc;

Work schedule :

Monday to Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Working under the supervision of the warehouse and shipping/receiving supervisor, the delivery assistant unloads the truck (in teams of two) on the various commercial, industrial or residential construction sites
